ELECTRIC CARS:The electric car (also known as electric vehicle or EV) uses energy stored in its rechargeable batteries, which are recharged by common household electricity. Compared with cars with internal combustion (IC) engines, electric cars are quieter and have no tailpipe emissions Personally i believe that electric cars are very effective and maybe in the future they will replace regular cars. They don't require much as they can be recharged at home and they are far more simpler considering they don't produce engine noise . They're cheaper to operate and especially because in some countries petroleum is high as well as the cost for maintenance such as checking the exhaust systems and constantly having to change its oil. However the can also be a disadvantage considering that some of these electric cars have a limited range and this worries lots of people especially because the amount of time to recharge,is a little too long.
